The other day I was watching Bear Grylls, the Ultimate Survival in action and I've got to say although the show and his mad adventures in the wilderness are probably staged and prepared, he is still a tough lad if you ask me.
A few things we can learn from Bear Grylls is his strong passion, persistence and never loosing track of priorities he must make, one after the other in order to survive. Besides the disgusting things he eats and discomforts he must face... He is always on guard on whats next, ahead of him and rarely takes a break during his missions, he always stays in motion... it is what you should do if you want to survive and accomplish what you desire... in his case the desire is staying alive...

The count down continues...
Please read the previous "Realeseek" article to follow my thread...
5. Charlie Sheen. Now this guy is a true natural in almost every scene he makes, whether it's in the Two and a Half Men where he plays a hedonistic jingle writer, or in Spin City, his relaxed, suave persona doesn't fail in any occasion, when there are women involved...
6. Stan Smith in American Dad. Although this is a animated series we can still learn a thing or two from Stans satirical ways and christian principles, he would never think of another Lady then his own, which in it's self is an attractive attribute.

TV Bad-Asses who don't wuss around women...
If girls can learn how to be fabulous and sexy, looking at the constant drama between LC and Heidi Pratt on the reality series "The Hills", then why shouldn't we guys learn from our favorite tv-idols how to be a Proper Player..?
Women often say they look for a nice guy who knows how to treat a lady like a gentleman yet they often times chase after arrogant jerks instead. Which makes relations very deceptive for us guys and to illustrate this with example...
Here follows a count down of the Ultimate TV Bad-asses, who know how to act around high heel stilettos..
1. Hank Moody "The Ladies Man" played by (David Duchovny) in Californication
2. Tommy Gravin shows how you should treat your woman in Rescue Me.
3. Ari Gold, a successful business man is always attractive, Entourage.
4. My personal Favorite Womanizing character, Dr. Christian Troy (portrayed by Julian McMahon) in Nip/Tuck.
